The best time of year to visit Albania

Albania is a year-round destination, but each season has its own character.

Late spring, from May to June, is ideal: warm days, green landscapes and quiet roads. July and August bring the busiest beaches and the liveliest coast, so book your car early. September and October are perfect for road trips, with mild weather and fewer crowds.

Winter is calm and great value, and the mountains in the north are beautiful under snow. Whenever you come, a car gives you the freedom to follow the good weather.
