Exploring the Albanian Riviera by car

The Albanian Riviera is one of the most beautiful coastlines in the Mediterranean, and the best way to see it is by car.

Start in Vlore and take the Llogara Pass, where the road climbs through the mountains before dropping to the sea. Continue south through Dhermi, Himare and Borsh, stopping at quiet coves along the way. End in Saranda, with a short trip to the ruins of Butrint nearby.
